It is Monday and I think we could all use a little something to make our day better. Why not end your day with a little Rosé? Or rosé all day…and night. No judgement here. I can’t get enough of it in the summer time and had to create a recipe for an amazing summer cocktail that uses rosé. My love for rosé is almost as strong as my love for sangria, so this Strawberry Mint Rosé Sangria recipe is perfection.
This Strawberry Mint Rosé Sangria packs a serious boozy punch of flavors. I’m not going to lie, this drink is pretty strong. You’ve been warned! This recipe call for rosé, prosecco and brandy, so it isn’t for the faint of heart.
With all that booze in this Strawberry Mint Rosé Sangria, there is a lot of fresh fruit to balance out the flavors. The strawberries are sweet and make a nice little snack, while the mint adds a refreshing element to the drinks. It is the perfect balance.
Enjoy this Strawberry Mint Rosé Sangria preferably outside while soaking in the sun with friends!
I want to see what you are making! If you make Strawberry Mint Rosé Sangria or any of my recipes, post your food photos with #KitchenCurious
